p. 1:
``AF biquadratic interaction K (< 0)'' should be ``AF biquadratic interaction K (> 0)''.
Figure 4 in p. 3:
The third-neighbor AF bilinear interactions J3 in Fig. 4 are pointing at the second-neighbor sites.
Of course the blue arrows in Fig. 4 are wrong. They should point at the third neighbor sites.
